SERVICES PROVIDED AND CHARGES

If you would like Emma to help evaluate learning needs, plan for a child or adult to reach their potential or provide professional development for teachers, teacher aides or other support staff please contact her on:emma@healthandeducation.co.nz

• A written plan detailing strategies to help your child at home/school.
• Training for how to implement the strategies (when needed).
• Follow up sessions with feedback and updated plans.

Charges:  

• $45/hr - evaluation and development of a learning plan - usually two hours work in total for moderate needs and six hours in total for high/complex needs. Takes place in your home and/or the child’s place of education.
  
  
• $35/hr plus travel - training parents/whanau/schools to implement the plan.
  
  
• $40/hr follow up sessions (usually 1-2hrs per 6-8wks)
  
  
• $35 - Email/phone support of an hour a month is available for ongoing support for the learning plan. Useful for children with high/complex needs.
  
  
• $150 - Gifted and Talented Evaluation
  
  
• $300 - Gifted and Talented Evaluation and Assessment
  
  
• $250 - Autism Spectrum Disorder Diagnostic
  
  
• $400 - Autism Spectrum Disorder Diagnostic and Assessment - (ADI-R trained)
  
  
• PECS - Picture Exchange Communciation System Price negotiable
